ABSTRACT

We are approaching the end of this short book on the topic of coaching teams working on complex projects to perform more effectively. So what have you learned? There is more to this question than you might initially imagine. Learning is the acquisition of knowledge or skills through study, experience or being taught. My objective in writing this book was to introduce PMs to the ideas and concepts that explain human behaviour in groups and teams. Reading the texts will have expanded your knowledge, which may be intellectually stimulating but is of little practical value unless you then try something different.
