ABSTRACT
The primary objective of the project is established during the initial period of the project. On approval of this Business Case, Owner Organization will create and fund a dedicated project delivery team'. Supplier Organizations (SO) are engaged in work of a project, in collaboration with relevant Owner Organization. Every project will consume standard products and also commodities such as raw materials. For standard products, the product is made first and then sold. Decision Gates where those with executive control of a project decided whether to proceed by reference to likely cost and benefit. The implications of not being able to opt for premature termination can lead to bankruptcy. The effect of these is that the resource pool for SO tend towards being inelastic and the managerial responses. In project management terms these activities to promote the project and deal with those are known as stakeholder management.
