ABSTRACT
The success or failure of the project begins before the project really exists, when it is an idea that still needs to be formed, funded, approved, and planned. Project approvals depend on whether or not a project is well-presented for consideration, and there may be more than one project competing for available funding. This module focuses on the process of creating the project, matching project objectives with long-term strategy, and developing a plan for the project to follow.
