ABSTRACT

A basic premise of the Spandan Approach is that human behaviour is a function of both individual and situation, and that primary responsibility for having correct and complete self-awareness, acceptance and action lies in the self, be it at the individual or any other broader level. As the Spandan 3D Process, the expected outcome of this transformation through human values, with faith in the human being as the ground, is the evolution of a Functionally Humane Organization with an on-going optimal balance between results and relations. The Spandan 3D Process of Diagnosis, Discovery and Development is thus a means of inculcating human values in an organization. The Spandan Approach and 3D Process of inculcating values has been and still is evolving. The bedrock of both the approach and the process is self self-awareness, self-awakening and self-actualization at the individual, professional and organizational levels.
