ABSTRACT

The conceptual framework is based upon systems thinking, the purpose is to place understanding human behaviour in a new perspective. The issue therefore is one of remaking ourselves as human beings. This remaking is to be undertaken in different roles, beginning perhaps from the generic level, that is, the human being as a human being, as an entity in and of itself. Proper human living and human life are all about the willingness and ability human beings have and develop to achieve and maintain an optimal balance between these cardinal cravings. The issue therefore is one of remaking ourselves as human beings. Managerial transformation through human values at organizational level is achieved through the Spandan 3D Process of Diagnosis, Discovery and Development. The immediate supra-system of an organization is the society with the government as that society's most important organ. The objective of a developing society such as India is to find a balance between economic development and social justice.
