Appendix 2: Alternate Settings for “Hold Thy Peace” and “Willow, 
Willow”

Both “Hold Thy Peace” from Twelfth Night and “Willow, Willow” from Othello have alternate settings (two for “Willow, Willow”) that are especially viable possibilities as being the basis for early performances on Shakespeare’s stage. Accordingly, they are here edited adhering to Shakespeare’s words.
