This chapter shows how the formal and informal approaches to leadership development outlined in Chapter 8 can be applied specifically to making the transition to smart working, creating the opportunity for learning and developing skills from the experience. Outputs include the Smart Work Framework, and a Diagnostic Grid and Checklist. These tools help to diagnose, design and implement a learning project.
