ABSTRACT
I have covered the main headings of what outsourcers offer as opposed to the in-house options, those being technology, human, strategic and financial. However I hope I have also made it clear that it really isn't that straightforward. These areas can seem beneficial at first glance, and may well be beneficial at all future glances, but there are circumstances where the benefits may not be realised and may not even exist.
