ABSTRACT
This section contains musical excerpts that are more complete and generally more complex musically, if not technically, than those included with the chapters. They are designed to challenge student conductors yet remain playable by performers in a class with limited instrumentation. Students are encouraged to analyze, conduct, and rehearse these excerpts to demonstrate mastery of the conducting competencies.
