ABSTRACT
77Let us try to compare the drawing of the System made by Stanislavsky 193 with the ancient Indian drawings depicting the location of yogic chakras (energy centres), situated along the spine of the human body. Stanislavsky's picture unintentionally resembles a human body where numerous wavy lines, changing their colours and signifying various elements of the internal and external creative sense of self of an actor, bear a resemblance to the left and right lungs of man. They are located on both sides of the vertical, the spine. In Stanislavsky's drawing this vertical is defined as the perspective of the role – the through action.
