ABSTRACT
The seventh chapter deals with the future of Dar es Salaam, with an initial review of the ongoing master plan of the city (2012–2032). It then reviews the water and sanitation needs of the future city, analyzing the three main challenges that the master plan examines: growth, environment and coordination.
