ABSTRACT
1995: A truck bomb exploded at a government building, causing many deaths and massive destruction. One hundred sixty-eight lives were lost, some of them young children. Nearly 700 people were injured. The bomb was so powerful that it damaged more than 300 nearby buildings and many cars.
