ABSTRACT
War has been around a long time, but people are in a new technological age. Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) is a nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons that change everything. They are not really weapons because they cannot be used in wars. They will destroy the countries involved, and perhaps the whole world. Civilization is a history of perpetual war and if civilization survives to the end of the twenty-first century, many nations will have these weapons. This could actually leads to more deterrence and less war. Nations will be afraid of retaliation from any country with nukes. The author realizes terrorist may get hold of a nuclear or biological weapon and do grave harm to a big city. Therefore problem is not just wars. It is a war system, presided over by the United States and, to a lesser degree, other advanced capitalist countries with nuclear weapons.
