Appeals, etc.

Chapter 8, section 1 A decision by a body as referred to in Chapter 7, section 10, may be appealed to the Financial Supervisory Authority by the party affected by the decision where such  decision has gone against him or her. The appeal must be made in writing. In the appeal, the appellant must identify the decision appealed and the change requested.
