ABSTRACT
Section 8 A securities exchange shall have rules regarding public takeover bids which pertain to shares which are admitted to trading on a regulated market operated by the securities exchange. The rules shall satisfy the requirements imposed by Directive 2004/25/EC of 21 April 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on takeover bids as originally worded, and otherwise be appropriate.
