ABSTRACT
Due to the intimate concern of our great leader Chairman Mao and the Party Central Committee under the leadership of Chairman Mao and Vice Chairman Lin, the proletarian revolution in education at Tsinghua University is flourishing. For over a year now the working class has led the revolutionary faculty, students, and workers in the school in holding high the banner of unity and victory of the Ninth Party Congress. Following Chairman Mao's brilliant ideas for educational revolution, and taking as the key link the "May 7 Directive" to "take the road of the Shanghai Machine Tool Plant by training technicians from among the workers," they are currently striving to build a socialist university of science and engineering.
