EXPOSITION &c. Brethren, When we consider the origin of Free-Masonry,1 and contemplate the peace-
ful annals of an order whose professed design is the extinction of every unsocial and malevolent passion, we cannot sufficiently lament the proceedings that in these “later times” have convulsed its foundation.
