ABSTRACT
Water Oasis Group Limited is an investment holding company that distributes skincare and beauty products. Water Oasis is also involved in the distribution of beauty service equipment and products: retail sale of skincare and cosmetic products, property holding business, and operation of a florist shop in Hong Kong. Water Oasis was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) in March 2002. The Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) of Hong Kong charged Ms Yu with insider dealing in shares of Water Oasis. The MMT determined Ms Yu to have engaged in market misconduct contrary to rules on insider dealing. Based on this finding, the MMT disqualified Ms Yu from being a director or being involved in the management of any listed corporation, without leave of the court, for a period of two years effective 15 February 2015.
