ABSTRACT
In the remaining chapters of this book we will draw on some aspects of Gramsci’s thought that shed light on the politics of religious-moral discourses. We will see that Gramsci’s work provides a valuable framework for addressing questions about the relationship between religious ethics, social order, and social change as well as the relationship between religious ethics and the interests of social groups.
