ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the transition to parenthood and parental roles. We also look at different forms of parenthood and stages of parenthood as well as different parenting styles. From diversity and global perspectives, the chapter delves into parenting experiences of children in family diversity and provides a view of childrearing across countries.
