ABSTRACT
This chapter examines sexuality and sexual relationships. It begins by examining sociological theories on sexuality. Then it explores sexuality identity and its components, types of sexual orientation, sexual behavior, sexual response, and sexual scripts. It also delves into how sexual relationships change based on a person’s life cycle, and it looks at sexual health and healthy sexual relationships. From a diversity and global perspective, the chapter examines LGBTQ families and sexuality issues around the world.
