ABSTRACT
The implications of this answer is that Hong Kong should heed the rising competitiveness of Shanghai as an international financial center (IFC) and its development of the offshore financial sector. At the same time, Hong Kong should cooperate with Qianhai in RMB business development to realize a win-win outcome.
