ABSTRACT
The above answer highlights what needs to be done by Hong Kong in the next five years: maintaining political stability, training skilled labor, building new office space, improving quality of life, and developing Hong Kong – Shenzhen — Shanghai collaboration. All these actions, however, cannot occur without the HKSAR Government’s proactive policy making.
