ABSTRACT
Teaching is so fascinating. One can think about the impact of the principal in a school or visualize the influence that previous teachers have had on students. One might hear people comment on the state legislature or state board of education and how they are affecting the profession. One might hear conversations related to the superintendent, central office, or school board and how what they do impacts teachers in school. Students typically misbehave because they are getting some kind of a reward for it. It might be attention of any type - laughter, anger, etc. And to be honest, they usually get that attention from the teacher. Classroom management has a lot more to do with class than it does management. When one is unhappy with a lesson or displeased with student behavior, run to the bathroom and look in the mirror.
