This chapter discusses the importance of thinking ethically about law. It also discusses thinking critically in the workplace, offering tips and guidance on doing so while undertaking work experience and applying for jobs. The chapter explains ways to develop and hone law student's critical insights while studying law at university, in the workplace and for law student's life beyond these environments. It describes the importance of thinking ethically about law from both a theoretical and practice perspective. The chapter also describes how law student's can utilise their critical thinking in the workplace.
