ABSTRACT

Founded in 1993, Succes Voyage has always been dedicated to organizing business and leisure travel. This travel agency brings together a business platform on a human scale and high-end travel concierge services providing tailor-made support, anticipating customers’ every need. Succes Voyage maintains privileged relationships with its providers. These were reinforced in 2010 through the setting up of technology tools providing customers with optimization and cost reduction solutions. Succes Voyages introduced a new customer approach and launched a new, differentiating concept, based upon experiential luxury. Everybody needs to spend time with their children, surprise their significant other, “pick up the pieces,” strengthen relationships with those they see too rarely, live another life, or simply step back and take a break. The company has chosen to develop its activity-based competitive advantage, relying on its ability to create added value with greater sustainability than its competition.
