ABSTRACT

The problems with recreational facilities, financial markets, spousal relations and mechanics all invite our working toward some kind of solution, or not. We can ignore the personal relations issue if we dare. Apple will strive to improve. Basketball courts can be repaired or redesigned. In each case, however, we have situations that invite investigation that might result in a variety of solutions, some acceptable, some not. There are decisions to be made and these will result in different qualities of solutions in accordance with our criteria. With the mathematical problems, with one possible exception, each has a right or better answer. We will analyze the facts in the real estate market, seek out the important factors and come to conclusions and answers. Problem analysis, therefore, involves our asking these kinds of questions in order to come to an understanding of what's involved and what we're being asked to do.
