ABSTRACT

The author trying to make sense of the way that he experience things like pain, discomfort and exhaustion for what really is only a brief period of time—but, in these moments, seem like the only time that there is in the world. He know that does not make complete sense—but it is something he have become aware of during the intense period that occurs when the body is pushed physically and emotionally in the latter stages of a WoD. During the first month or so he have been more preoccupied with learning about what Cross Fit is about and whether his body can actually deliver what the sport and he demanding from it. Because of this, maybe unsurprisingly, the focus of the author posts has been on things like physical pain and exhaustion as well as the author's feelings related to whether he or can be good enough to continue.
