ABSTRACT
The Control of Lead at Work Regulations 2002 (known as CLAW) revoked previous Regulations of the same name dated 1998. The new regulations have been extended by the health requirements of the EU’s Chemical Agents Directive (98/24/EC). They came into force in November 2002.
