ABSTRACT
This chapter will explore the type of support available from the venue during the lead up to the event. It includes advice on how to draw upon the venue manager’s knowledge and expertise and it explains the role of venue support staff on event day. The process of event closedown and evaluation are included with a focus on how the venue can contribute to this activity.
