ABSTRACT
This chapter has analysed 146 fatal cases of RMAA works in Hong Kong which occurred between January 2000 and October 2014. Among the 146 fatal cases, 90 of them which occurred between 2000 and 2007 were collected from the Labour Department of the Hong Kong government. The remaining 56 occurred between January 2008 and October 2014 and were collected from WiseNews, a local newspaper archive in Hong Kong.
