ABSTRACT
This chapter 1 begins with a discussion of concepts relating to safety climate. Then it discusses the key safety climate factors. It also introduces a new tool for measuring safety climate of RMAA works developed by Hon (2012). Finally, the relationships between safety climate and safety performance of RMAA works (Hon, 2012) are discussed.
