Prosperity isn’t just about income. Point made. And rising prosperity is not the same thing as economic growth. That’s clear. We can redene prosperity in coherent, meaningful ways: for instance, in terms of the capabilities that people have to ourish. As we’ve seen. And these broader conceptions are entirely consistent with our wider understandings of human wellbeing. But this doesn’t in itself ensure that prosperity without growth is feasible.
