by the same right of nature … by which you can say, one man hath an equal right with another to the choosing of him that shall govern him, by the same right of nature, he hath the same (equal) right in any goods he sees – meat, drink, clothes – to use them for his sustenance … if this be allowed, [because by the right of nature] we are free, one man must have as much voice as another, then show me what step or difference there is why [I may not] by the same right [take your property though not] of necessity to sustain nature.
