In this lesson, many of the concepts and techniques that you learned earlier will come together in a focus on helping people assess themselves. Lesson 7 teaches how good questions promote self-assessment. You’ll also learn how you can help people to feel more comfortable taking a critical look at their own behaviors by asking themselves important questions like “What am I doing right? What am I doing wrong? Is what I’m doing helping me get what I want? What can I do better?” e goal is to help people answer these questions for themselves rather than have you and other authorities answer them.
