in dusseldorf a naked figure of a man realistically modelled by Georg Kolbe stands incongruously in front of an office building designed by Helmut Henrich and Hans Heuser. The building is not particularly severe—its façade is masked by balconies that are decorative in effect though no doubt functionally justifiable.
