ABSTRACT
The aim throughout this book has been to promote the study of how teachers and learners use language to create supportive learning environments. In earlier chapters, methods of analysing educational discourse which give insights into these processes have been introduced. The aim of this chapter is to propose an integration of these methods in the form of a newly updated analysis toolkit for educational discourse – DISCOUNT.
