ABSTRACT
Sport analytics of a complex is an inclusive specialisation that encompasses all of the above-mentioned diagnostics and surrounding environments. This chapter deals with the diverse topics, roles and means entailed in analytics and especially in sport analytics. It is important to make order of the information under study through classifications that will help to develop a complex vision of the field. The chapter discusses the analytics itself as a scholarly field and a technological tool for effective system functioning is a complex composed of diverse elements. It reveals four main branches of contemporary sport analytics: organizational, performance, forecasting and scheduling. The most diverse classification of analytics in general and sport analytics in particular can be constructed on the basis of the criterion of different stages and processes. The concept of a complex demands a focus on certain qualities that reflect the potential success of acting and interacting systems.
