ABSTRACT

With many human resources programs, the challenge lies in choosing the appropriate solution that is aligned properly to the business. Usually, several solutions are possibilities, so securing a proper match is critical. This process also involves setting objectives at least at four levels – reaction, learning, application, and impact – and in some cases a fifth level, return on investment (ROI). This chapter explains how to select solutions from various scenarios, modify a particular solution to deliver the value needed, and develop specific objectives for all five levels.
