ABSTRACT
An understanding of human behavior is extremely important for police managers, because every aspect of organization and management involves people. Police managers must understand and successfully deal with the behavior of citizens, their subordinates, their peers, and their superiors. ey must inuence the behavior of others while at the same time understanding and controlling their own behavior.
