ABSTRACT
The InterActiveCorp (IAC) headquarters is Frank Gehry’s first building in lower Manhattan, New York, and the first major building in which his signature curves are clad in glass rather than titanium and stainless steel. This compact, crystalline volume is designed to resemble a ship in full sail, an image simulated by a billowing double-glazed shell of milky glass.
