ABSTRACT
In several parts of the world, including Western Europe, acts of terrorism increasingly come from the extreme Right. The forces of racism and militant nationalism have adopted slogans such as “ethnic cleansing” and “race war,” creating a situation that resembles the one that existed between the world wars, when fascism was a major force.
