ABSTRACT
A native of Changshu, Jiangsu Province, and a graduate of Shanghai Textile Engineering Institute, Lu Ping has been a textile worker as well as a production manager. In recent years she has worked as a reporter and editor for the Shanghai Legal News. Her publications include one book of poems, A Small Station in Dreamland (1985), and two books of prose.
