ABSTRACT
On 22 October 1721 Petersburg solemnly celebrated the conclusion of the Peace of Nystadt, which closed the book on the Northern War. The detailed descriptions of this event and the prints of the Petrine era that have been preserved permit us to imagine that unforgettable day.
