ABSTRACT
We reviewed the whole adjudicative process in the last chapter, starting with the exchange of pleadings and ending with the disposition of the final appeal. In this chapter we shall focus on the trial, which, from the viewpoint of the litigants, is by far the most important stage in the adjudicative process.
