This is your opportunity as an academic to use adjecti ves! This is where you have the opportunity to move the reader to an emotional response as wel l as an intell ectual one. Even though you may have learned that emotions have no place in business writing, emolions do belong in case wri ting. We carry our emotions with us, and so do the characters in our cases and the readers of our cases. The reader should be moved to find a solution to a problem being experienced by a real person in a real dil emma.
