ABSTRACT
We want to partner with organizations who are community based so that once we leave the investment that we made is protected or nurtured. Because if we get the neighborhood to a tipping point, we want to work with organizations that can help organize the community, help to deal with some of the other neighborhood attributes that would make it a community of choice, such as community safety, community policing.
