ABSTRACT
Rob is a program manager at MegaCo, one of the largest U.S. government military contractors in the world. MegaCo’s Web site states their core values as being efficiency, teamwork, learning, and leverage through standardization. The company has been around for sixty years, a feat not too many companies can brag about. MegaCo has grown to be massive in size over the past few decades. As a result, 6-Sigma methodologies and the process have become instrumental in what the company and employees focus on internally. “Process, Process, Process,” is the mantra at the company. Many feel this has slowly bled rationality and common sense out of the company over the past decades.
