ABSTRACT
Phuong Lee works as a project manager at Cromwell Printing Company, a multinational commercial printing company based in Dallas, Texas. Phuong is ready to leave the company because morale is so low. She feels that the new president at Cromwell, Jay, is a tyrant. Reviews are officially given annually, and even though she gets glowing reviews from the president at review time, Phuong feels unappreciated and unfulfilled the rest of the year. She does not even know whether anyone appreciates her hard work each week.
