ABSTRACT
3C Community Inc. is an Internet social networking company that creates custom social networking Web sites and communities for companies and organizations. When the company first started, customized social networks were in their infancy; there was a high demand in the market. The limits of the company were restricted only by the motivation of its employees. Top programmers and thinkers were paramount to the company’s success. To account for this fact, 3C adopted a pay scale that made for a moderate base pay, accompanied by a large semiannual bonus based upon company performance.
